Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed on Chat18GPT. It applies to chat prompts, story requests, image prompts, reference images, outputs, metadata, and any other content created or uploaded through the service.

1. Allowed Use

Chat18GPT may be used for creative chat, fictional character dialogue, scene writing, drafting, portraits, editorial-style image concepts, and other lawful, non-deceptive creative work.

Chat18GPT may not be used as a dating, matchmaking, escort, social-discovery, or real-world contact-seeking service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Chat18GPT to create, request, upload, publish, or distribute content involving any of the following:

  • - Sexually explicit, pornographic, nude, semi-nude, or sexually suggestive content.
  • - Minor-looking, age-ambiguous, exploitative, abusive, or illegal content.
  • - Harassment, threats, hate, blackmail, stalking, or doxxing.
  • - Fraud, impersonation, misinformation, or deceptive identity-based media.
  • - Face swaps, deepfakes, likeness recreation, or identity-preserving edits involving a real person.
  • - Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity-right, or other rights violations.
  • - Using the service to imitate, target, or misrepresent a real person, brand, or organization.

3. Reference Image Rules

Reference images may be used only for non-identity guidance such as style, lighting, composition, outfit, color palette, background, camera framing, and overall scene direction.

Reference images may not be used to recreate, edit, imitate, preserve, or manipulate the face, identity, or likeness of a real person. Upload only source material you have the right to use. Publicly available images are not automatically public domain or cleared for commercial reuse.

4. Safety and Moderation

We may apply automated and manual safeguards, block requests, review reports, remove content, suspend access, or restrict features when needed for safety, rights compliance, fraud prevention, or platform integrity.

5. Enforcement

Violations may lead to content removal, credit reversal, refund denial, account suspension, or permanent removal from the service. Serious cases may also be reported to relevant providers or authorities when required.
