Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed on Chat18GPT. It applies to chat prompts, story requests, media prompts, reference images, generated images, generated videos, gallery submissions, metadata, account activity, and anything else created through the service.

1. Allowed Use

Chat18GPT is an adult AI platform for adults aged 18 and older who have completed the age gate. Lawful, fictional, AI-generated adult chat, story, image, and video content is permitted when it follows this policy, our Terms, payment-processor rules, card-network rules, and applicable law.

If a user states or implies that they are under 18, the safety system may block the request and no AI companion response should be generated. Chat18GPT is for adult users only.

Consensual fictional adult erotic content, adult romance, adult roleplay, explicit adult chat, and adult media prompts are allowed when all depicted people are clearly adult, fictional, and consenting.

Normal adult terms such as erotic, nude, sex, orgasm, romance, explicit fantasy, BDSM, and adult roleplay are not blocked by default. They are prohibited only when tied to unsafe or illegal categories such as minors, age ambiguity, non-consent, real-person likeness misuse, trafficking, prostitution solicitation, sexual violence, bestiality, doxxing, harassment, or moderation bypass.

The service is for fictional AI content only. It is not a dating service, escort service, marketplace for real-world sexual contact, live performer platform, webcam platform, face-swap tool, or real-person likeness manipulation service.

2. Zero-Tolerance Prohibited Content

You may not create, request, upload, publish, distribute, advertise, or attempt to generate content involving any of the following:

• Minors or age-ambiguous characters:Any sexual, exploitative, violent, or degrading content involving anyone under 18, a user self-identifying as under 18, appearing under 18, described as under 18, school-aged, teen, childlike, "barely legal," "lolita," or otherwise reasonably interpretable as a minor.
• Real-person sexual deepfakes: Face swaps, celebrity or public-figure content, private-person likeness recreation, identity-preserving edits, impersonation, or any sexual content based on a real identifiable person.
• Non-consensual sexual content: Sexual assault, rape, coercion, blackmail, forced acts, intoxication, sleeping or unconscious persons, incapacitation, hidden-camera framing, revenge content, humiliation of a real person, or content presented as occurring without informed adult consent.
• Sexual violence or severe harm: Gore, mutilation, torture, death, threats to kill or injure another person, choking, strangulation, hanging, extreme violence, abuse, or injury mixed with sexual content.
• Illegal sexual activity:Bestiality, trafficking, prostitution or escort solicitation, paid real-world sexual contact, incest where unlawful, exploitation, or any content illegal in the user's location, France, the EU, or payment-provider rules.
• Hate, harassment, and threats: Content targeting people or groups based on protected characteristics, stalking, doxxing, blackmail, threats, or abuse directed at a real person.
• Fraud, deception, and rights abuse: Impersonation, scams, deceptive identity-based media, copyright or trademark infringement, privacy violations, publicity-right violations, or content you do not have the right to use.

3. Reference Image Rules

External image uploads are not available. A reference or video source image must be an image previously generated inside the same user's Chat18GPT account. It may be used only for non-identity guidance such as style, lighting, composition, outfit direction, color palette, background, camera framing, and general scene direction.

Do not use reference images to recreate, preserve, edit, imitate, sexualize, or manipulate the face, identity, body, or likeness of a real person.

4. Gallery and Sharing Rules

Gallery content may be curated, reviewed, removed, or hidden at any time. We may block public display of content that appears to violate this policy, creates payment-processing risk, infringes rights, or is not appropriate for public gallery placement.

5. Safety and Enforcement

We use automated safeguards, manual review, account controls, report handling, and audit logs to enforce these rules. We may block requests, discard outputs, remove content, reverse credits, deny refunds tied to abuse, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, and report illegal content to relevant authorities or providers.

Content involving minors is zero tolerance and may be reported without delay to PHAROS, NCMEC, law enforcement, hosting providers, payment providers, and other legally appropriate channels.
