Billing Support
Last updated: October 2026
This page provides billing support information for Chat18GPT Plus, one-time media-credit purchases, image generation, video generation, cancellations, refunds, and charge questions.
What Appears on Your Bank Statement
Charges from Chat18GPT will appear on your bank or card statement as CHAT18GPT or as a descriptor provided by the active payment processor. If you do not recognize a charge and believe it may be related to this platform, contact us using the details below.
Plus Access and Renewals
Chat18GPT Plus is a one-time 30-day pass. It does not renew automatically, so there is no recurring Plus subscription to cancel. Plus access ends automatically when the paid 30-day period expires unless you choose to buy and activate another pass.
- If a receipt or statement shows an unexpected repeated payment, email support@chat18gpt.com with the purchase email, charge date, amount, receipt or transaction ID, and the payment processor named on the receipt.
- Media-credit packs are also one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
Refunds
Refund handling depends on the purchase type, delivery status, account usage, and legal rights that apply in your location. Review the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Media credits are digital goods. Once credits are delivered, used, or partially used for image or video generation, refunds may be limited except where required by law or where a billing error occurred.
Dispute a Charge
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or do not recognize a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve most billing issues quickly when we have the purchase email, approximate charge date, amount, and receipt or transaction ID.
If a payment is reversed, refunded, disputed, failed, or charged back, related Plus access or media credits may be removed from the account to match the payment outcome.
Payment Processor Support
If you were billed by our payment processor and need direct assistance, you can also contact the processor using the information on your bank statement or receipt. Their consumer support can verify transactions and assist with processor-level questions.
