Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chat18GPT service ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your account information accurate and secure.

2. Service Description

Chat18GPT provides AI chat, story, and image-generation tools through an independent product interface built on top of third-party model providers. You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully, and not for abuse, harassment, fraud, infringement, impersonation, or other prohibited conduct.

The Service is offered as creative software. It is not a dating, matchmaking, escort, social-discovery, or real-person face-manipulation service.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for creative dialogue, story drafting, scene writing, portraits, editorial-style visuals, and other lawful creative work. You may not use the Service to generate sexually explicit, nude, or suggestive content, or to create deceptive, rights-violating, or identity-based manipulations.

4. Reference Images

Reference images may be used only for non-identity guidance such as style, outfit direction, lighting, composition, color palette, and scene structure. They may not be used to recreate, preserve, imitate, or manipulate the face, identity, or likeness of a real person.

Publicly available images are not automatically cleared for reuse. You are responsible for making sure you have the legal right or lawful basis to use any image you upload.

5. Paid Plans and Billing

The Service offers Free and Plus plans, along with optional image-credit purchases. Review the Pricing & Billing page and Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchase. Billing, checkout, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the active payment provider and our public policy pages.

For recurring billing, Chat18GPT may provide subscription-management access from the product account area, the active payment provider customer portal, or both, depending on the provider in use at the time of purchase.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your prompts and generated outputs to the extent permitted by law. You grant us a limited license to store, process, review, and transmit that content as needed to provide the Service, maintain history, enforce rules, and improve reliability and safety.

7. Moderation and Enforcement

We may block prompts, remove outputs, limit features, reverse credits connected to reversed payments, suspend access, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or our policies.

8. Third-Party Providers

Chat18GPT depends on third-party infrastructure and AI providers. Provider availability, moderation, pricing, or policy changes may affect how the Service operates.

9. Availability

We may update, change, or pause features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Liability Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
