These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Chat18GPT ("Service", "Platform"). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Age Requirement - 18+ Only

This platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. Access requires 18+ self-certification through the site age gate before adult areas are available. By continuing past the age gate, you confirm you are 18 or older and legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction. Misrepresenting your age to bypass the age gate is a violation of these Terms.

Chat18GPT currently uses a session-scoped clickthrough age gate and does not receive, store, or process personal identification documents, biometric data, or national ID numbers for age checks. Stronger age verification may be added where required by law, processors, or platform policy.

2. Service Description

Chat18GPT provides AI-assisted adult chat, fictional character dialogue, story drafting, image generation, video generation, and media gallery tools for adults who have completed the age gate. All generated characters, narratives, images, and videos are fictional AI outputs.

Chat18GPT is not a dating service, escort service, social-discovery service, real-world contact service, live performer platform, webcam platform, or real-person face-manipulation service.

3. Permitted Use

Adults who have completed the age gate may use Chat18GPT to create lawful fictional adult AI chat, stories, images, and videos within the limits of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Content Moderation Policy, payment-processor rules, card-network rules, and applicable law.

4. Prohibited Content - Zero Tolerance

You may not create, request, upload, publish, distribute, advertise, or attempt to generate content involving any of the following. Violations may result in account termination, credit reversal, refund denial, and reporting to authorities or providers.

Minors or age-ambiguous characters:Any sexual, exploitative, violent, or degrading content involving anyone under 18, a user self-identifying as under 18, appearing under 18, described as under 18, school-aged, teen, childlike, "barely legal," "lolita," ageplay, or reasonably interpretable as a minor.
Deepfakes and real-person likenesses: Celebrity or public-figure content, private-person likeness recreation, face swaps, identity-preserving edits, impersonation, or sexual content based on a real identifiable person.
Non-consensual sexual content: Sexual assault, rape, coercion, blackmail, forced acts, intoxication, sleeping or unconscious persons, incapacitation, hidden-camera framing, revenge content, or real-person humiliation.
Sexual violence and severe harm: Direct threats, killing, choking, hanging, strangulation, gore, mutilation, torture, death, severe injury, abuse, or extreme violence mixed with sexual content.
Illegal sexual activity: Bestiality, trafficking, prostitution or escort solicitation, paid real-world sexual contact, exploitation, or any content illegal under applicable law or payment-provider rules.
Hate, harassment, fraud, and rights violations: Doxxing, stalking, threats, hateful targeting, scams, deceptive identity-based media, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, privacy violations, or publicity-right violations.

5. Internally Generated Reference Images

Chat18GPT does not provide customer image-upload functionality. A reference or video source image must be an image previously generated inside the same user's Chat18GPT account. These images may be used only for non-identity guidance such as style, lighting, composition, outfit direction, color palette, background, camera framing, and overall scene structure. You may not use them to recreate, preserve, edit, imitate, sexualize, or manipulate any real person's face, body, identity, or likeness.

6. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining credential security and all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations without prior notice.

7. Paid Plans and Media Credits

The Service offers free access, Plus access, and one-time media-credit purchases. Media credits are used for image and video generation. All pricing, billing rules, renewal terms, cancellation paths, and refund conditions are described on the Pricing & Billing page, Billing Support page, and Refund Policy.

Story usage is limited to 60 generations per rolling 24 hours and 900 per rolling 30 days. Limits apply to the account as a whole across devices and sessions; sharing an account does not multiply its allowance.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, failed, or charged back, we may remove related access or credits. Purchases used for prohibited content may be denied a refund to the extent permitted by law and payment-provider rules.

8. User Content and License

You retain ownership of prompts and generated outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law. You grant Chat18GPT a limited license to store, process, transmit, display, moderate, and secure that content as needed to provide the Service, operate history and gallery features, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

9. Moderation and Enforcement

We may block prompts, remove content, hide gallery items, reverse credits, suspend access, permanently terminate accounts, and report illegal content or abuse to providers, payment processors, or law enforcement. Violations involving minors are zero tolerance and may be reported without delay. See the Content Moderation Policy.

10. Processor and Card-Network Compliance

Chat18GPT may apply stricter rules or remove content when required by payment processors, acquiring banks, card networks, hosting providers, regulators, or applicable law. You may not use the Service in any way that risks payment-processing compliance, fraud controls, card-network rules, or merchant-account obligations.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or provider-error-free availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chat18GPT is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts of jurisdiction applicable to the operator, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
