Plan motion, not just a still image
A video prompt needs a beginning, a motion, and a stable camera idea. Describe what changes during the clip: a turn, a glance, a step, fabric movement, or a slow camera push. Trying to fit several locations and cuts into a few seconds usually reduces continuity.
Keep the subject count and action simple. State the orientation before generation and use the duration that fits the motion. Short clips are best treated as one coherent shot rather than a miniature multi-scene film.
Text-to-video versus image-to-video
Text-to-video is useful when you want the model to invent the complete shot from a prompt. Image-to-video begins from an eligible generated image and is useful when composition, wardrobe, or palette has already been established.

Why source images are restricted
Image-to-video can be misused to animate a real person without consent. Chat18GPT therefore does not accept external uploads. Source images must come from eligible generations in the same account, and the workflow may not be used to recreate, preserve, or sexualize a real person’s identity.
All depicted people must be clearly adult and fictional. Minor-related, age-ambiguous, non-consensual, violent, deceptive, and illegal content is prohibited and may be blocked before generation.
