This page explains Chat18GPT pricing, access periods, media-credit rules, renewals, cancellations, support, and what to review before any purchase.

Purchases open the hosted PayRam checkout. The payment methods enabled there may include crypto and Changelly card or wallet providers, depending on the purchase amount, customer country, device, and provider availability.

A card on-ramp is a card-to-crypto purchase. It does not require a PayRam account, but the regulated provider may request an email, basic customer details, or identity verification based on its eligibility checks. Chat18GPT does not receive card numbers or identity documents.

3. Renewals

The exact billing model shown at checkout controls the purchase. The current PayRam integration grants fixed-duration Plus access after successful payment. Recurring Plus billing may be offered later only when it is supported by the active checkout provider.

4. Cancellations

Fixed-duration Plus access does not rebill automatically. If a future purchase uses recurring billing, subscription management will be available from the Chat18GPT account area and/or the active payment provider customer portal linked from the product. If that billing-management path is temporarily unavailable during a provider transition, contact support and we will help complete the cancellation request.

5. Media Credit Rules

• - Credits are added to the account that completed the purchase.
• - Credits are not transferable between accounts.
• - Credits may be used for eligible image and video generation inside Media.
• - Credits do not currently expire while your account remains active.
• - Refunded, reversed, failed, or chargebacked purchases may result in credits being removed.

6. Refunds

Refund handling depends on the type of purchase and the reason for the request. Please review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing.

7. Statement Descriptor

The active payment provider and any billing descriptor or charge label are controlled by the provider handling the transaction. When available, those details are shown on the checkout page or receipt before you complete payment.

8. Reference Image Notice

External image uploads are not available. References and video source images must come from images previously generated inside your Chat18GPT account. Before using one, review the reference-image rules and the Acceptable Use Policybefore generating. Reference images are for style, composition, outfit, lighting, and scene direction only, not for recreating or manipulating a real person's identity.
