Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how Chat18GPT handles billing issues, refund requests, renewals, and cancellations for Plus access and image-credit purchases.

We aim to respond to billing and refund requests within 3 business days.

1. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid but access or credits were not applied correctly, contact support as soon as possible and include the purchase email and receipt details. Those cases are reviewed first.

2. Plus Access Refunds

Plus refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds are more likely when the charge was an error, access was not delivered correctly, or there was an account-matching problem. If paid access, included credits, or premium features were already substantially used, a refund may be denied.

3. Image Credit Refunds

Image-credit purchases are digital goods added to your account after payment. Once credits are successfully delivered, used, or partially used, they are generally non-refundable. If credits were not delivered correctly, were duplicated by mistake, or a payment error occurred, contact support for review.

4. Cancellations

If your Plus plan is on recurring billing, subscription management is intended to be available through the Chat18GPT account area and/or the active payment provider customer portal linked from the product. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access already paid for normally remains available until the end of the current billing period unless the provider requires otherwise.

5. Chargebacks and Reversals

If a payment is reversed, refunded by the provider, or charged back, related access or credits may be removed from the account to match the payment outcome.
