Content Moderation Policy

Chat18GPT is an 18+ adult AI media platform. We allow lawful fictional adult AI content while maintaining controls to monitor, block, remove, and report illegal or prohibited content.

The moderation system is designed to allow consensual fictional adult erotic content, adult romance, explicit adult chat, and adult media prompts, while blocking illegal, unsafe, coercive, minor-related, or real-person sexual content.

Allowed Adult Content

Legal consensual fictional adult content involving clearly adult fictional characters is allowed. Adult language such as erotic, nude, sex, orgasm, romance, explicit fantasy, BDSM, and adult roleplay is not blocked by default.

The same terms become prohibited only when connected to blocked categories such as minors, age ambiguity, non-consent, real-person likeness misuse, trafficking, prostitution solicitation, sexual violence, bestiality, doxxing, harassment, moderation bypass, or illegal activity.

1. AI-Generated Fictional Content Only

Chat18GPT generates fictional AI chat, stories, images, and videos. The platform does not host live performers, does not sell real-world sexual services, and does not permit content based on real identifiable people. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental and unintended.

2. Moderation Controls

  • - Age-gate and account controls restrict access to adults aged 18 and older.
  • - Prompt and internally generated reference-image safeguards block prohibited minor, under-18 self-disclosure, deepfake, non-consensual, real-person, threat, and illegal-content patterns.
  • - Chat and story requests are reviewed before provider calls, with recent context checked so an unsafe roleplay cannot continue through follow-up prompts.
  • - Chat and story model outputs are checked before being saved or returned to the user.
  • - Public gallery items may be reviewed, curated, hidden, or removed before or after display.
  • - Reports are tracked with content IDs and reviewed within 24 hours, with most cases resolved within 48 hours.
  • - Abuse signals, blocked requests, account activity, and enforcement actions may be logged for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

3. Prohibited Content

The following categories are subject to strict enforcement:

  • Minors and age ambiguity:Any sexual, exploitative, violent, or degrading content involving a minor, a user self-identifying as under 18, a minor-looking character, school-aged framing, "teen," "barely legal," "lolita," childlike traits, ageplay, or any age-ambiguous adult scene.
  • Deepfakes and real-person likenesses: Celebrity content, public figures, private individuals, face swaps, likeness recreation, identity-preserving edits, or sexual content that targets a real identifiable person.
  • Non-consensual sexual content: Sexual assault, rape, coercion, blackmail, forced acts, intoxication, sleeping or unconscious persons, incapacitation, hidden-camera framing, revenge content, or real-person humiliation.
  • Sexual violence and extreme harm: Direct threats, killing, hanging, strangulation, choking, gore, mutilation, torture, death, severe injury, abuse, or extreme violence mixed with sexual content.
  • Illegal sexual activity: Bestiality, trafficking, prostitution or escort solicitation, paid real-world sexual contact, exploitation, or any content illegal under applicable law or payment-provider rules.
  • Rights, fraud, and harassment violations: Copyright infringement, trademark infringement, privacy or publicity-right violations, impersonation, scams, doxxing, stalking, blackmail, threats, or hateful targeting.

4. Payment-Processor and Card-Network Compliance

Chat18GPT may apply stricter moderation whenever required by payment processors, acquiring banks, card networks, hosting providers, law enforcement, or applicable law. We may remove content or restrict accounts even if content is technically AI-generated when it creates compliance, safety, fraud, or legal risk.

5. Reporting Illegal Content

If you believe content on Chat18GPT violates this policy, use the in-product report control where available or email support@chat18gpt.com with the content ID, account email if relevant, and a short description.

6. Enforcement Actions

  • - Block, discard, or refuse a generation.
  • - Remove content from private history or public gallery.
  • - Reverse credits connected to prohibited use.
  • - Deny refunds where purchases were used to violate policy.
  • - Suspend or permanently terminate accounts.
  • - Report illegal content or abuse to providers, payment processors, or law enforcement.

Violations involving minors result in immediate permanent termination and reporting where legally appropriate. There are no exceptions.
