1. AI-Generated Content
All content on Chat18GPT — images, text, stories, and dialogue — is AI-generated in real time in response to user prompts. Chat18GPT does not host, upload, or distribute user-created files, pre-existing copyrighted works, or third-party media libraries.
Chat18GPT does not provide customer image uploads or accept external reference files. Image and video references are limited to images previously generated inside the same user's Chat18GPT account.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe in good faith that content on Chat18GPT infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing all of the following to our designated agent:
- 1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- 2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- 3. The specific URL or description of where on our site the allegedly infringing content appears.

4. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed from Chat18GPT by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address above. A valid counter-notice must include:
- 1. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- 2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- 4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Chat18GPT may be found.
- 5. Your physical or electronic signature.
5. Repeat Infringers
Chat18GPT will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances, in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law.
